Draftmaster 2-HYP and GT3 Class template mod

This is a mod....................which is not a mod (:

So basicly I had an idea to work on my own Draftmaster League using Hypercars and GT3 of modern era.  After completing it I decided to share the template to other people so others can use aswell.

Also a big shoutout to ElMau71h for letting me using his own WEC24 mod for most of the cars.
